Neander, a Dallas-Fort Worth local for over 20 years, brought creativity, marketing insight, and a hands-on mindset to the business. Delia, a Harvard-educated former Fortune 200 executive, came with deep operational experience, having led over $80 million in complex projects across 29 states. Together, they created Multifamily Empire, their first company and the foundation of what would become a vertically integrated powerhouse.
As their portfolio grew, so did the challenges. Managing large capital expenses with outside vendors proved costly and inefficient. To solve this, they launched Empire Construction—a way to control timelines, deliver high-quality renovations, and reduce costs while providing a better experience for residents.
Landscaping was the next challenge. To ensure consistent results and beautiful exteriors, they created Green Empire, which now serves more than 20 clients across DFW, including major commercial names like Simon Malls and Walmart.
To improve day-to-day operations, deliver great customer service, and care for the communities they were building, they founded Tower Multifamily. This in-house management company gives Empire full control over the resident experience while maintaining efficiency and operational excellence.
To increase investor returns, they began sourcing materials directly, and that solution became Empire Living Solutions—a reliable supply partner with import expertise and renovation products that deliver on both quality and savings.
